1. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of North Hill Dental are not eligible to enter.
- All entrants must meet the clinical and medical suitability requirements for implant treatment as determined by North Hill Dental.
2. How to Enter
- Entries must be submitted exclusively through the official competition website landing page.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- All information provided must be accurate and complete.
3. Competition Dates
- The competition opens on 1 April 2026.
- The competition closes on 1 June 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details
- The prize includes implant treatment at North Hill Dental in Colchester, valued at up to £30,000.
- The prize is valid for implant treatment only and cannot be used for any other dental services.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative treatments.
- The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
5. Winner Requirements
- The winner must be able to travel to North Hill Dental, Colchester, for all consultations, appointments, and treatment sessions.
- The winner must provide full consent for North Hill Dental to use their images, treatment journey, and related content in marketing materials, including social media, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Treatment must commence by 31 December 2026. Failure to begin treatment by this date may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by North Hill Dental.
- The judges’ decision is final and not open to appeal.
- The winner will be contacted directly by North Hill Dental using the details provided at entry.
- If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is deemed clinically unsuitable, North Hill Dental reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Clinical Suitability
- All treatment is subject to a full clinical assessment.
- If the winner is not medically suitable for implant treatment, the prize may be withdrawn or alternative treatment options may be discussed at the discretion of North Hill Dental.
8. Marketing & Intellectual Property
- By entering, participants grant North Hill Dental permission to use submitted content for promotional purposes.
- The winner agrees to participate in marketing activities, including photography, videography, and interviews related to their treatment journey.
9. Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.
- Information collected will be used solely for administering the competition unless otherwise stated.
10. Disqualification
North Hill Dental reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to tamper with the competition process

11. Liability
- North Hill Dental is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Hill Dental accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

- North Hill Dental reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
